History
Established in 1995 by current President and CEO, David J. Tuck, Celerasys Corporation was formed to address the need for companies to improve their operational processes and global product visibility by intelligent use of tools and proper business information tracking techniques. Between 1995 and 2000, Celerasys continued to grow and expand as more and more companies demanded greater visibility of their products. As the financial boom of the 1990s came to a close, companies looked to increase profits by repurposing and augmenting their existing systems. From 2000 to 2003, Celerasys' focus turned towards solutions addressing US Customs compliance and in turn, HIPAA compliance for healthcare providers in addition to materials management for hospitals. Today, Celerasys continues to assist customers with process efficiencies pertaining to product and information visibility.
